	After much persuasion they finally let us out of the secure dementia unit. It was a hard day. One of the carers showed me how her arms were covered in bruises where she had been grabbed by one of the patients. We go to the hospital later today to find out the plans for OH. Then to daughter's for dinner.

	Thinking of you LK........... <3 The staff at the school for autistic children where my daughter works, are often scratched, bitten or thumped during the day. They take it as it comes realising that the children cannot always control their behaviour. Visitors gone.......off to pick up the grandchildren.

	Hi all xxx another wind storm over night :-( luckily, not as strong as Monday's storm It was pouring with rain this morning, and I'm sure I saw some WHITE flakes around 9 am :-\| :-\| s xxx

	Researching: Don't put off until tomorrow doing what you can do today. If you like doing it today you can do it again tomorrow. Be kind to your children for it is they who will decide which care home you end up in.

	Dea, It was a vocal impression, not a visual one.

	Did you bend at the knees too Jonesey? Son has sorted us out and we are hoping to have Sky installed on Monday. At least it should give OH something to watch now that he doesn't go out as often. It's lovely being back full time so to speak. Have been browsing around nicely. Dea...........surprise surprise! Well done you!
