What's all this counting down about?

Calharney -- I'm going to have to catch up on the Oda saga I think ... I tend not to pay a whole lot of attention to the details, they're just dirty. But yeah, Oda sinned in the name of ideology; Guergis just sinned venally.

I was doing some research for a job last week that led me to an absolute raft of court decisions about Basi and his boys -- does anybody remember them? Got that tame judge to bury the whole thing (not release the warrant information) until after the last prov election that got you those lovely Liberals, Sylvia. And then the media just tired of it. I kept looking for something to finally come out, and finally gave up. I think I'm going to have to have me a read someday soon!

Oh, I get it. Somebody got the big eighteen zero zero zero while I wasn't paying attention. Well, I'm going for page 1000, myself ............

I'll start by fizing my spelling type.

Oh right, and make another.

Editing posts on this page is such a pain in the @#$%^.

Next campaign, Sylvia? -- stop these stupid threads from reverting to page 1 when you edit a post!!!

Basi and the boys went to court, pleaded guilty to a couple of minor charges, were sentenced to basically house arrest

after the verdict was rendered, the government forgave them the money that the government had paid out for lawyers to defend them

............... said that the assets Basi and his cousin had came nowhere close to what the government had spent, and it wasn't worth going after them

THAT will be a feature in the next election campign.

Dally has accused you, me, or both of us of being hypocrites.

I have threatened to make an official complaint about it unless she removes the comment. ... and that I would advise you to do the same thing.

Basi's assets? Like, the grow-op house? Yeah, not worth much on paper as a house. As a going concern, now, worth a bit more!

Okay, where is all this dallying going on, and why do I never see it???

I'm going home to make the good atheist No.1 a stack of French toast with strawberries and blueberries. As close as we'll get to acting like churchgoers in this lifetime!

JaneyCanuck

JaneyCanuck Report 9 Mar 2011 02:06

Oh, I'll be happy to make extra and leave it for the ravenous ... what was it No.1 called me one time? ... ravenous weasels, I believe.

I happened to have got hungry after he went to bed and probably all I did was have a sandwich, but he said the fridge looked like it had been attacked by ravenous weasels.

So all you ravenous weasels, there will be French toast on a platter by the microwave, strawberries and blueberries in the fridge, and even a bowl of cream all whipped (yech). Corn syrup for me! ;)

I have been doing my own tree for the last few days on an*estry, funny how there has been a lot of activity with these names on other peoples trees also.
One person I have had contact with added something today so checked against mine, I still had a lot more children on this branch, which is the norm as I look for baptisms rather then just take the names from the census.
I got stuck so went back to her tree and noticed a James that I did'nt have, after looking at the census she had attached...yes parents names were the same occupation of father carman which was completely wrong as he was a cabnet maker every where else and no mention of any other siblings.

So looked at the older siblings and yes she had attached another census for them with correct parents aghhh
Now should I tell her? I suppose I should really
