Hi everybody, it's sunny and dry today but very strong winds again.

Enjoy your birthday Maddie, you've got to wait a year for another one.

Stephen, have you ran out of black pudding? There hasn't been any on the breakfast table for a couple of days............never mind, I had birthday cake instead.

Rita, I've seen a double rainbow but not a triple one. Hope your foot isn't so painful today.

Hello everyone.
weather getting colder by the minute here it was not too bad first thing. I amanged to got to the chemist pushed my shopping trolley otherwise I would not have go there. I got my perscription. but Pauline my foot is killing me it is really sore now it has started to go Brown but my big toe is white I keep looking at it and wondering if I should paint a face on it it
would be a puppet then.
I found the doctor had left my steriods off my perscription list. I took it to the chemist and asked them to check it for me? yes it had been left off. but they are sorting it out for me.

Maddie have a good day and dont over eat . save some of that birthday cake for tomorrow.

I had seen twin rainbows when I lived in Norfolk we seem to get a lot of them but I had never seen a triple one

I am not going to do anything too strenuious to-day I will sit and do my Take a Break book.with my feet up on a stool.

Good afternoon all.
" A happy birthday Maddie " we must realise this dear ladies age, after all she is nearing her special card from her Majesty. LOL
Enjoy your day Maddie.

Oh Rita, you poor thing. Keep that foot elevated, and try to keep off of your feet.
What you need is a butler for a few days, to bring you all your needs. I wonder if Stephen is available for you, he's such a gent and would take good care of you. Weeeeeell he is used to doing it at home, Mrs Stephen has him well trained.

I am really cheesed orft, how is it, I can go years with no problems with my teeth, and in the last four weeks, have had to go to the dentists three times.
Last time I had inflamation in my gum,and today, the front has fallen of my crown, whilst I was eating a mince pie.
I have got yet another appointment at 3.00p.m this afternoon. Huh more expense I suppose.

Afternoon all
Late today as I too was at the dentist. Hope your appointment goes Ok Mo and that it isn't too expensive.
Mine was just a check up, had x-rays and possibly need some treatment have an appointment a week before Christmas. My own dentist is off after a car accident, so I saw a partner. He seemed very thorough and checked medication, allergies and then my mouth, for any abnormalities ie cancers, in gums, tongue and cheeks. He did say my gums were quite pale and I might possibly be anaemic. So I shall ask for my iron levels to be checked when I am next at the Drs.

Be back later Linda :o) XxX

It must be Dentist season as my sister emailed me to say she had been to the Dentist and her teeth are fine but get this ? she need three fillings. hardly fine to me. ? her last treatment cost her £400 she goes private. because she has had the same Dentist for years and rather go to him.she has all her own teeth.
Marilyn Dermot is on he is cracking his little jokes.
That is a nice photo of you and Linda really nice.you look as if you have been friends for years.both look young. I mean that.

I have not got an appointment to see the Doctor .if it does not get better I phone and they gve me an appointment for that day or the next,.
Nest Tuesday I have to go back to see my consultant at the cancer hospital St Lukes.they are bound to pick up on it. nothing msses them
.
This afternoon I started to sit and read and kept falling a sleep. it is as though I have taken sleeping pills which I havnt just old age and tired I expect. I had planned to do so many small jobs. but have done nothing now I feel guilty.
never mind. there is always tomorrow. I hope ?

Love to all

That jelly and ice cream was lovely Maddie, especially the green jelly, it was tangy. I like the way you set it into little flowers.

What's in the sarnies?

How did it go at the dentist Mo?

Poor Rita, you never get the chance to get rid of one problem and you get another one. It's unusual for someone as young as you to have all those problems.

Linda, those photos were great, you and Marilyn looked like you were really enjoying yourselves. Your parents' cake was lovely - did it taste as good as it looked?

Dermot, have you been sniffing glue?

Evening all.
Well my visit to the dentist's went as I expected. Except I had made a mistake, it was not my crown that had fallen of, it was the tooth next to it.
The whole of the tooth had broken away from the filling at the back.
Consequently, she tells me I need a crown made. Well not this side of christmas I don't thank you very much. So she has given me a temporary filling, but she is not sure that it will last,as the original filling is made of a different material to what they use these days.
So if the filling does last, I will have the crown made in the new year.

Maddie, that flippin jelly went all over my lappy when I opened the cyber hatch. Cor what a mess, but what I managed to salvage was very tasty.

Linda I see that Marilyn got the best china out for your cream tea. LOL

Marilyn, guess what, yep, Ben and Rafe were the first two voted of the coach tonight. Now I wonder why that was lol.
Ben was still talking like he had a plum stuck up his BTM,and his hair was still a mess.

Goodness me Rita, your vist to the Cancer hospital seems to have come round so quickly. But god willing it will be good news,so that you can enjoy your christmas, without worry.
I hope you have stil got that foot elevated.

Hi Pauline. Hows things at your place. How is Brent doing. Any news on your niece yet?.

Shelly, hows our little man coping one handed. I hope he is o.k.

Plans to provide anonymity for rape suspects promised by the Government have been dropped.

Apparently, women's groups were going to give the authorities 'what for' if the idea went ahead.

The women's logic on this topic does seem strange to me.

Have I missed their point?

Heartfelt wishes Lady to you and mum.

Hey up folks, Stephen is getting quite saucy again. I hope he used mouthwash before his passionate kiss with Maddie. LOL Haggis does leave an aftertaste I believe.
