Oooer...where did I get to this morning? :-S


eYep....I know...found a most peculiar circular object stuck to the ceiling edin my little sunhouse. Posted a picture on the dark side and our Viv told me what it probably was. A wasp's nest!

I had the horrible feeling it may have been a bat.....can't stand bats.


We took it off the ceiling and put it into a plastic box. When you look through the hole of the nest, you can see the eggs inside. Weird. :-(


More power washing and I am quite pleased with myself. Also did the back door, the garage door and the bins. :-D


I have skinny black trousers Dea (tapered at the bottom) and my daughter prefers me in them to wide legged ones. No accounting for taste.... :-D

It is miserable today wet and windy glad I got all the washing done yesterday :-)

It's brilliant sunshine and clear blue sky here............hot hot hot!

Washed the throws from the beds, now dry

Got all the bed linen on the line, almost dry

Hubby has promised to give the barbecue a scrub so that has sorted this evening and tomorrow for cooking :-D

Have bought the yoghurt so I'm off to marinate the chicken >>>>>>>>>>>

SO glad I don't have to do the gel thing Ginns - anything like that makes my head itch :-0 :-D :-D

Lovely and hot yesterday and is forecast to last till Wednesday I think. Time will tell.

Hope your good weather lasts send me some please, Dull but dry at the moment.

The gas board are renewing all the pipes have been doing it for weeks.

Will be doing it for weeks are now outside ours. :-(

I got some of my FT into order yesterday. then went to start getting the bit I am working on done.

Couldn't find the paperwork.

Turned the house upside down. Looked in all the places I normally keep it.

Had son in the loft looking for it. Looked under the bed, in the car boot etc.

Nope. Zilch.

Even looked in my wardrobe. Asked OH if it was in his wardrobe "why would it be" he says.

Gave up at about 11pm. Never slept properly trying to work out the last time I had worked on it.

Just getting to sleep when the b****y workmen started.

I decided by process of elimination that paperwork had to be upstairs.

Yes you will all have guessed!

It was in his wardrobe. :-|

He was at you know where this morning and has decided it is safer if he meets a friend and goes for a walk before he comes home!!

Silly man I have the rolling pin ready.

Just glad I found it couldn't face re-doing it.

My own fault I should have recorded it as I did it. :-|

Another glorious day here. Done a massive shop, tidy round in the back garden and going to chill out for a bit

Sunshine arrived Gins its actually warm. Had to open windows :-D

I have only spent about 6 months overall doing my tree gins.

I was so caught up in finding the next person that I just kept the paperwork in a briefcase (3 actually)

Then when I had to stop (due to OH being ill) I just put everything away.

Now I am trying to find my way again and getting it onto FTM.

Only problem is I just want to find more info ;-)

Lesson learned though don't let OH near it again ;-)

Just had home made lasagne and apple crumble is in the oven - also home made

We just finished home made pasta bake.................any crumble left :-)
