Once again I can tell you I have spiders, yes big ones it is that time of the year, I watched one walk towards me from across the room. so bang on the floor and the little devils move.
I didnt know one was sitting by my foot.

talking about dark glasses have you notice how many of these people who are in show business wear them, they cannot all have bad eyes. my sister wears her when she gets her migraines, I can understand that .
I wear mine in bright sun due to my Glucoma .

Would you like me to parcel up some of these big spiders and send them on their way to you Stephen. ? you are very welcome..

we had a cabin cruisier a 6 birth it was called" Flake" when we used it on the Thames or other waterways but when we went to sea it changed its name to "Golden Flake" we had to have two licences no Idea why ? my husband dealt with all that. we were birthed at "Harlyford Mariner "on the Thames.not that far from Henley and Maidenhead. we use to have to have it lifted and descaled every year , what a job that was, washing down and cleaning the inside of the boat, we sold it when we moved to Norfolk.,I think the guy wanted to change the name I know it was built in Brighton.he came from the Birmmingham area.

Good morning to the early birds, and also to the others when you get out of bed.

We have had a beautiful spring day here in New Zealand. Tonight we have to put the clocks forwards 1 hour, so that is 1 hour less of sleep unless I go to bed early or get up late :-(

we also have a lovely sunny day here in Surrey England. and it is quiet warm I was up at 6.30 and for some unknown reason felt like doing some house work. by 10 oclock I had done the bathroom out and my bedroom the hallway and the kitchen and livingroom now I am flagged out. now that will treach me. to take things easy.,

not sure when our clock alters. ? I will have to check and see.

our clocks change in October, the 30th I think. My OH changes the clocks on the Saturday, confuses me no end lol.

I wondered when our clocks changed ? I thought it was the second week of October so I am pleased you have told me I am wrong, otherwise I would be getting up and going to bed at the wrong time LOL

I had a sleep this afternoon I really did go over the top this morning with cleaning. I had dinner and then a sleep. you get that way when you get old.

I have conkers all around the flat, in both bedrooms and the front room as well as the Kitchen and the bathroom. I thought they would not come in with those about ? but they have.

I thought I would log on and see what was going on. ?

I've been to the hairdressers today and got my hair cut and I went to the launderette later on.
I'm going to the Barnfield to see Dire Traits- a tribute band to Dire Straits.I've never seen them before but it sounds good.
The evenings are certiainly starting to pull in.

So tomorrow its MY day ....going to my sons for dinner , My son is a fantastic cook so I cant wait to see what's on the menu.

Evening everyone
Bit of an odd day. Got the car back yesterday, cost an arm and a leg, but hopefully it will run for ever now LOL. Luckily it wasn't worst case scenario, but still a lot of money(well credit card til next month !!)
Youngest came over to clean her car before going to see her grandpop for lunch. So hubby cleaned our car too. Then we cleared a load of honeysuckle and clematis off the pergola before the leaves all drop in the autumn he really cut it back, so loads of clippings to get rid of.
Imanaged to get washing dry on the line today, thank goodness. Who needs a hand with their ironing as I am about to leave and get some done while hubby is at work.
