Hello everyone, how are we all.
It's been a glorious day here today. We went out to the club for a few games of darts, and to have a nice cool drink outside in the sunshine.
Please may I ask for everyones good wishes for Jean, ( Jeniwren) as tomorrow she gets her results of her scan, and the decision of what they intend to do next, if the chemo and radio therapy have not worked.

Morning all
Off to the gym soon. Must try to remember all that was shown to me. That is harder than the routine somehow.
Hubby is on his last late shift today. Then he is in work on Friday to hand in all his passes etc and say goodbye. Don't think there will be much work done that day do you?

George and Foggy glad you enjoyed your day out. I love Burley, have been a few times when we visit friends who are in Portsmouth. Theres a nice little pub we go to and its also where I bought my broomstick, lol. Lots of gift shops etc.
Our visitors have gone back to the UK this morning so I must give the house a quick once over before my eldest daughter and her family move in tomorrow for dog sitting duties. :-D

Cath,,,,,,,did you ever manage to get anyone to enlarge the photo of the chap in his Highland Regimental Uniform ? Hope your trip to Ireland goes well. Hello all
Foggy I beleive you thet George had three scones, So Foggy what is your tartan it is hard for me to see ? it seems to have red in ? is it a Campbell or a Stewart ?
I am doing my washing this morning first lot in , waiting for that to finish then I can put the next lot in.
I have trouble with my printer last night I had to pull the plug out of the socket as I was scared it would catch fire. *I didnt seem to be able to shut it off, so I have to take alook at that later today.might be a lose wire.

Afternoon all.
It's lovely and sunny here today........... but windy.
We've had another problem with water, the bathroom's flooded. Water's been shooting out the top of the cistern and going all over the place. I've turned the water off at the mains and I'm waiting for the plumber coming out............. again!
Rita, I was thinking that could be 'Ramsay' or 'Campbell' tartan, we'll have to wait for Foggy to come back and tell us.
Foggy, I agree, I think if you're born in England........... you're English, and I also believe you............ about George having 3 scones.....LOL.
Stephen, is that King Charles on your avatar? It's a very fancy hat!!

Hello my friends, thank you for all your thoughts and messages, you are all really great people.
Wine, Beer, Whisky, Brandy, Rum or Iron-Bru, help yourselves,
it is time to celebrate, I am clear of cancer for the first time since 1973,
[when I was very first diagnosed]
Only have to go once a month for scan, no more treatment needed.
Once again thank you all, you kept me going.

What brilliant news Jeni, keep up the good work. It's so good that both you and Rita are both on the road to recovery.
All we need now is for Stephens eyes to get better, and we will all be up to par.

Ohh Pauline,I do feel for you love. All that water everywhere, is a devil to get rid off.
