Morning all George we ended up in the New Forest yesterday, just outside Burley funnily enough, then home down to Christchurch and along the coast to New Milton and Lymington and the Beaulieu(where Rita's grand daughter got married too) and finally M3 by car not on the back of the trailer like a week ago!!! Had half the family here for dinner last night, our expectant daughter, son and his wife. Hubby BBQ'd some lamb and it was all very nice. Lovely morning today. I feel a visit to a garden centre coming on.
Have a lovely day everyone

Good Morning All.
Nice to see you have missed me Stephen, even though you thought I was dead last week. :-|
I have been here all the time, but have begger all to say.
Had my flu jab yesterday. I dont know what is in it this year, but it has knocked me for six, and I cannot lift my arm.
So that is my tale of woe.
Have a good day all.

Morning All.
Had a great night last night dinner party went well.......I made a good curry and everyone enjoyed it, a good drink & banter by all , we put the world to right !! LOL
I have my flu jab on the 6th Oct ,with thousands of others .....we all line up outside the surgery ,but the queue's does seem to go down fairly quickly. Maddie that's unusual ...for ones arm to play up..hmm I'll have to see what happens :-S
Pat...... I forgot to mention ...what a lot of problems Plymouth Argyle has, good job I'm not a footie fan ....but my brother is and very depressed about them.
Rita I have recorded WDYTYA ,,,,so I'll watch that tonight.
Its a brilliant sunny day today,
I have to take my step mother to the Eye infirmary this after noon she's 97yrs and had glaucoma as well as telling me she's loosing her sight, but she does say to us she cant see anything ,so I'm going to ask the consultant if she is partial blind or what because she keeps telling us a fast one that she cant see .....Hmm I noticed she was reading a book next to her chair on Monday and loves counting her Money !! and reading all her bills at the super market to make sure she's not been over charged ! The last time I took her the the Eye Infirmary I asked then if she was partially sighted and he said no not yet but she's doing very well with her condition........so I'll let you all know ..
Bath time ...blinds are down .. :-0

I expect George is sitting somewhere maybe OUTSIDE A PUB WITH A LARGER IN HIS HAND AND A PACKET OF CRISPS. LOL
the weather is so nice now it is warm and we now have a brilliant blue sky. I knew you were about Maddie as I had seen you on threads. Maddie maybe your jab was two in one again ?flu and swine flu lots of people here was having problems last year after having the combiine jab many had a flu like happening with aching bones as well. I dont know what mine is, ?our health centre have three lots of doctors surgeries in one building one has five doctors the next has five doctors and the next have 8 doctors. not all on duty at the same time . usually two doctors from each surgery on duty during the day. we are given a time so we dont have to sit and wait for the injection.
I got up this morning had breakfast then felt tired and giddy so went to lay down till it had passed. but fell asleep and woke with a start I had slept for 1 and 1/2 hours, I am ok now. so I dont know what happened,

Enjoyed my Cigar. I have some others coming this weekend, my niece brings me them from her trips abroad. It's my only vice......so why not ;-) ;-) ;-) ;-) ;-) ;-) ;-) ;-) ;-) ;-) ;-)
Waiting on Billy Connelly coming on the telly at 9pm. He is travelling Route 66. My wife loves it. She wants to cross America on a motortrike. I'll follow in a Limo :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-)

I hope my dont arm dose not swell up when I have that injection ? the flu one just makes me feel weak for a day but the last time I had swine flu I felt really ill.
Stephen I think my being tired a lot is due to old age. I am one day older than I was yesterday.
years ago we had a motor cycle (well we had a lot over the years ) but friends had a Harley Davison and they travelled all over American on that. that was the one my husband wanted but was out of our reach. I always get a funny feeling when I see the Harley Davison motor cycles on the road.last year when in Weymouth they had a Motor cycle rally and there were lots of Harleys among them I stood for ages watching them running up and down beach road.

Rita,
When I was in Key West in Florida there was a Bikers Rally. All these big Harley Davison Bikes and Trikes. Nearly all the owners were professional folk. Doctors, Lawyers, dentists etc. They are the only ones that can afford the Bikes. An expensive hobby.
Evening George.
I used to enjoy a cold beer many years ago. It was called Watneys Draft Red Barrell. I don't htink it's around now. Stay off the crisps......they are fattening :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-)
