Well nearly time for bed
Sorry I didn't add earlier, so busy.
Walked the dog for over an hour after giving youngest the invites we made yesterday and she'd forgotten last night. A friend came for some craft items for her 5yr olds birthday party on Saturday. Sponsored her for a half marathon on Sunday too. Then I read on Facebook her son aged 3 has broken his wrist on their trampoline !!! Glad I wasn't looking after him......... 4 hrs in A&E !!!
Spent most of today doing cross stitch rosebuds and backstitching names. Made 6 today.
Have little tomorrow, so out early to walk the dog.

Up to put on the washing....................... while the weather remains bright. Looks like rain forecast from tomorrow. Well could have told you that as hubby is off at the weekend.

I am up but not dressed I am going to have a lazy day. I ache all over so I thought thats it mate you take it easy. so I am zeroed in on a lazy day.
The weather forcaste for Sunday was rain Linda but I have not see the forcaste since them..
still I suppose it could be worse.?

St particks day how quickly this has come around. I have a friend Ronnie in Norfolk who is 84 today I use to say you were born in Norfolk but born on St Patricks day and I use to get some shamrock for him from an Irish friend of mine. this year I have not been able to..

I tried for an hour this morning trying to get back on but it refused me admission I got eveything else but this Community Thread.


I have the doctors tomorrow to check my swollen feet and rash I have on my ankles
.I also had to make a appointment for another Warfarin Test as mine was too hig they contacted me this morning so I have to go next week. they have increased my tablets. nothing is going right. my son in Law is still very sick after his chemo so my daughter phoned the hospital and they faxed her a perscription for him. I feel like having a good cry.
If anyone needs a pray it is my SIL.

I hope everyone else is having a good day. I think Marilyn must have dropped her Lappy over board. and Sue's horse has run away with her clinging to his back.

LOL Rita, you must be right about Sue, she hasn't been on for ages.

I've just got time to say hello because my hubby's off work this week and we've been out most of the time. Got to catch up with things now.

I have been out to meet friends today. Met in town for coffee this morning.
It was so nice to sit outside in the sunshine,for a change. I think everyone
felt the same,as there was loads off people out and about.
I don't know how long the fine weather is going to last though.

Have taken dog out and had a good walk myself. Hopefully loosing the weight I gained on holiday All inclusive is not good for your figure.

Might walk to Dr for repeat prescriptions with the buggy, get fresh air for both of us while we can.

Hope you get good advice Rita, sorry about your warfarin levels, not easy to maintain as I know through my Mum's problems.

HI Girls

Linda I have had trouble all along with my warfarin levels I keep off the food I am not allowed to have and when the level alters they tell me I have had too many greens or had cranberry but l am so careful it is ridiculas.

The doctor should tell me if I have RA or not he should have had the results from the consultant at St Peters when I go over to day.

My sister went to the History societies meeting of Willesden last night she made me laugh she was 10 minutes late even though she left home early but there were two Irish pubs she had to pass and they were full of Irish mostly young people they were in the road as the pubs where full she said she was surprised as the area is mostly asian now. I said at one time it was full of Irish and I expect they go back to meet their friends as well as to celebrate St Patricks day I loved that day when I lived in Willesden.

Mo, it's the same here, everyone is taking advantage of the fine weather and going out, we've been working in the garden.

Yvonne, I think the price for the certs is going up to £10.25, or something like that. I've sent away for some as well, trying to get them before the price goes up.

Rita, I hope you get something to help you with the rash, and the problems you're having with your feet swelling.

Sorry to hear your SIL is still being sick, my sister is as well, it usually lasts for a couple of weeks before it starts to ease off.

Well I think Marilyn found a nice rich man for Liz - but she's ran off with him instead.

Where do i start ? first my son in law has been in bed eversince his chemo he is suffering for dhydration the doctor was called in and gave my daughter a perscription for a milky drink to get his energy back. WE are all worried about him this is his first chemo so what will happened with the others he needs.
my daughter is naturally feeling very low her-self.

The doctors I got there for four oclock appointment and did nt get to see him till 4 45 he cannot give me water tablets because I am on gout pills he cannot give me the other tablets because I am on warafarin.
It appears my blood is running higher and could be caused through flebitus so I am waiting for an appointment to see the nurse so she can do a blood pressure test on my leg. and we will go from there.
He is also going to write to the hospital about my scan which I was sent feb and need it april.

The good bit about today I have received an enlarged photo of Great Uncle Walter that had been hanging up in a garage for donkeys years
it is size A3 so dont know how I will be able to get it copied A3 for my sister

rita take it in to a proper photo shop thay should be able to do it
dont have a clue of how much it will cost though
or you could try google to see what shops can do A3 size

or if you just need it on paper you can try staples as i have had A3 copys from there
