No Gill i never thought to take a photo .
We have an electric shower in the down stairs bathroom we can use ,but the shower upstairs runs straight off the hot water tank !! Hubby has just rung the plumber and left a message about the water not heating .
What is it they say you should do when you have a viewing , put the coffee pot on and have bread baking to give off a lovely aroma !! i wonder if people really do that .

Just lost a long post :-S :-S :-S I can't do it all again....But I said just the same as Mandy ....Coffee and baking bread is good for a viewing :-D :-D or maybe one of your Victoria Sponges Gill !!!
Gill we are just off to Suffolk in the morning for a couple of nights Italy is in September. Do you not have an Immersion switch Mandy just to heat some water? Hope you get it sorted as it is horrible to be without hot water....You just take it for granted don't you that you turn on the hot tap and there it is.
Mel no wonder that cat doesn't like you LOL Poor thing is probably desperate for it's owner to get home :-D :-D

No they aren't pulling a fast one at all Gill. Far from it. If a manufacturer stops making something you can't order it any more. There will be oodles of the old model around at cheap prices like Frank says but they are no good to us as they won't have climate control as they can only do that as they build a car. Will you have baking smells wafting through when you have your viewing? They say that helps people warm to a house don't they. I think lots of people start looking to move in the New Year so maybe you will be lucky.
Mandy, we were both very taken with the K*as, but the car that he would have had is a bit low to the ground compared with what he has and he is used to ploughing over road humps and up kerbs and rough potholed land at football grounds. It's a wonder he hasn't wrecked the air suspension he has before now. My car is low and the front scrapes the ground the other side of humps at the cinema unless I stop and creep over them and I can't see him stopping and creeping over anything! We may be revisiting it yet though at this rate!!! lol. I can see why the S*dona is ideal for your son with doors like that! What a picture Lacey and hubby must have made both fast asleep. It's good the children are better though.....your DIL has enough to do with little Lewis just now.
I hope Jane is packing her snow shoes as well as her boots! ;-) It looks bad over Shirl's way doesn't it.
Mel that poor cat must be very wary of you!! There was one that used to come in my old garden and mess all over my heather bed and I used to chase it off. Then I saw it laying in the sun one day and it didn't run off as I walked towards it. It miaowed and I thought it looked old/unwell so I let it be after telling it it could stay as long as it liked!! :-)

It was'nt the dentists who lost my teeth it was the company that make the teeth. It was written on them that they were to be returned.
New Yorks snow was something was'nt it. Brought the whole place to a standstill in places. Shirl usually tells us if she has snow and we get pics sometimes.

Evening all
Good job you have another shower you can use, it's not much fun having a cold wash Mandy. Hope you get it working again soon.
Oh yes I remember now Jane, sorry about that I've had so much on lately I lost track.
Have a good time and take lots of warm clothes the weather is suppose to be getting colder up here over the next few days and might get colder further down the country too.
We don't drink coffee, could try making a cake lol. I don't think anyone does that anymore.
I wish my garden looked better though. The grass needs cutting and there's no flowers out yet so everything is green and a bit boring.
Hope she likes what she sees inside, then outside won't matter so much. It is winter so I don't think she'll be expecting a colourful garden, at least I hope not lol.
I've never bought a car, me thinks I got it wrong, sorry Ann. I think that's why OH buy's our cars I haven't got a clue. I get it now you've explained it to me. Sorry about that. Think I'll stick to cooking, I'm rubbish with cars :-D :-D. I hope you find what you want and at the right price for you. <3.

Ann thought we might have a bit of snow but now it looks like won't :-S.Maybe just a flurry.I would quite like to be on a beach with snow coming down..Don't think I will be having a paddle though. I am hoping that we might get to go to Minsmere again and get up in that Hide like last year. I have my new Binoculars that Chris bought me for Christmas :-D I will look like a proper Twitcher LOL We will probably leave about 10 in the morning .James has just told me to leave a BIG NOTE to remind him to fill the birds window feeder in the mornings.)otherwise he will nor remember .He is a right dozy so and so first thing.Bit like Chris and the only response I ever get is a grunt until a couple of mugs of tea or coffee have gone down. I am the other way around and too chatty which drives them potty.I just get dirty looks lol
Hannah has just sent me a pic .The pic is of her and someone who I think might be Vanessa Feltz.Hannah says she is going or is at the Costa Book Awards with her friend Caroline who is something big with Costa Coffee!! She is in Mayfair somewhere . I am now curious .Hannah doesn't half get around
:-D

Sounds like she is having a good time Jane. I don't blame her getting around. She is young and carefree now.
Safe journey for tomorrow. Take a soft bag up to the hide to sit on as the wooden seats will be cold on the botty.

That's ok Gill, I have a job to wrap my mind around all these different things on cars these days. I doubt your garden will be expected to be at it's best this time of year.......who knows it might have a pretty dusting of snow by then!
It will be a good opportunity to try your Xmas pressie then Jane......I like Mel' s suggestion of a soft bag to sit on! I stuff a supermarket carrier bag in a pocket or bag when we go away.....handy to put on a wet seat before you sit down. lol. I hope you have a nice break and that the weather will be kinder down south. :-) Hannah sounds like she is rubbing shoulders with the rich. :-)
It's handy you have the electric shower too Mandy. We'd be in a pickle as both of our showers run off the boiler. It would all be down to the kettle for hot water.
Cinema tomorrow to see Reese Witherspoon in a film Wild or something like that. I'll be putting an extra layer on this time.

Just popping in to say goodnight.
But thought you all might like a laugh before I go :-D :-D
I was sitting here thinking about our garden and the fact the grass needs cutting, so said to OH do you think you could cut the grass, meaning is it to wet, was it possible to tidy it up before the viewing and you'll never guess what he said...... NO I want to go to bed. Well I couldn't stop laughing, the silly man........I didn't mean now (it's gone midnight)
I had visions of him with a head lamp on going up and down our lawn, not forgetting the stripes Frank lol..... in the dark........ Men, you gotta love em <3

Morning all, Evening Kim,
My you have been busy again chatting away. I was out last night to see the football so missed everything.
Ann, I won't push the issue, but it might be that a car you want with Climate control was made but never sold. (cancelled order) and is sitting in a dealers stock. (WORTH A TRY). Anyway subject closed :-D :-D :-D
Mel, I can understand that cat. our neighbour has THREE OF THE LITTLE BLIGHTERS, who poo all over our garden. As soon as I see them anywhere near I am out there like a shot, and they run up the road, like a rocket.
Gill. It might be worth putting a cake in the oven, then you can offer the lady TEA AND CAKE, as for cutting the lawn, that was a HOOT. Just the sort of thing I would have said ;-) ;-)
Ros got her HUDL back this morning, with a NINETY DAY G'TEE. So we will see how it goes this time. ' I have no idea about the "panties" the list is so big, for every type of underclothes for both Men and Women. and she has only marked the list with TWO PAIRS. So one would think they are washable. or else we will be in BIG TROUBLE <3 <3 <3 I know it'd not funny, but just think about it :-D :-D :-D
Thinking of the baby asleep on hubby's tummy, bought back a distant memory. I was laid out on the sofa one Sunday afternoon, after cleaning the shop floor. My little poodle decided to lay on my chest. We both went to sleep, but she wet herself and it went right round my body. What a shock. I jumped up and the dog went flying. :-D :-D :-D :-D
Jane will be well on her way now, Hope she has better weather than we have here, high winds and rain.
Ros is having her nails done at 1.00 pm So that should cheer her up a bit.
I have a nice wing of Skate in the freezer for my tea tonight, I will do Ros a steak, mushroom, onions, tomato and chips. One of her favourites.
Hope I haven't missed anyone. Did anyone see Williams car on F.B. someone has gone down the side if it. But good thing is a witness left a note with Reg No. and type of car, so the police should be able to trace it.
See you later.

Hi All
Hope you have a lovely time away Jane. The viewing is on Friday afternoon at 3pm I'll be giving this place a good tidy and clean tomorrow.
It's very very windy here and we've just had a bit of snow and hail, it only lasted a few seconds but I'm sure there's more on the way. Staying indoors today, to windy to go out. One of my pots had blown over so I had to go and stand it up again. It's really cold out there today.
Yes Mel, OH did know I didn't mean straight away but it was the way he just said it, with a straight face, it was so funny :-D :-D.
Going to sort out the back room today, I moved the bed out of the way to sort out the wall, we had a bit of condensation in the corner and OH painted it for me, so I need to put the furniture back and make the bed back up. My hands are better now so I can finally get on with a few things.
Hope the HUDL hold's it's charge this time Frank, at least you have a 90 day guarantee, hopefully you won't need to use it though. Have you got your heating sorted yet, insurance's can take forever, hope it's sorted now or if not, it won't be to much longer.

Afternoon all,
Well never mind Mel, I'm so quiet I am easily missed lol
Well the wind and rain have given way to a quite pleasant afternoon, sunshine but the breeze looks strong. (I haven't ventured out)
I am bare chested and in shorts. The heating is on, and can only be reduced by turning down the radiators, then it gets cold quickly. Ros is comfortable, so I just strip off when I get too warm, then put my T shirt on when I cool down.
Gill, if the Hudl plays up again the roof will be raised :-D :-D :-D
I can see everywhere will be spick and span for Friday. So hope all goes to plan,. Have you seen a HOUSE that you like, or are you waiting to sell first ???
Has everybody got over the FLU now. ??? Ros still has a cough, but not as bad as last week. My cold sore and lips are quite "RED" Last night when I came in from the football She thought I had "LIPSTICK" on, I replied you are right, I left my dress in the porch, and my high heels in in cupboard. NO REACTION !!!!!
Tea and cake time.

Afternoon All,
Well it's blowing a gale here now, really blustery and we had a bit of hail earlier. OH said he could do with his 'biggles' hat on tonight for his meeting! He'd look a right duckie and sitting on a child's chair too.
Frank I agree there's a slim chance a dealer somewhere might have a cancelled order with climate control fitted, but OH wants red paint too, so the odds would be slimmer still as that is a special factory order as well!! They don't do any red paint as standard which really surprised me. I do appreciate you trying to help though, with you knowing the ropes and ways these things work as it were!! Ros will have to give the Hudl plenty of use now before the guarantee runs out to be extra sure it's ok. I've never eaten Skate before, but I like some other white fish. What fish does it taste like Frank and does it have lots of bones to fish out......I'm not good with those. :-S
How annoying for William getting his car damaged like that. Good job someone saw it happen and left a note. I have done that before when I saw someone being careless and damage another car. It's so costly to put right.
Your hubby would have looked like one of the big combine harvesters working through the night Gill. :-S lol. Is he going to mow it anyway.......in daylight? I must admit when I've sold houses I hate having to keep everywhere spick and span ready for viewings. I sometimes wish we had a bit more space in the bedrooms in our bungalow, the rest is fine, but I don't really want any more to clean!!! I tell myself I will have less stuff as I get older anyway.
The film this morning was quite good, but I did right to put an extra layer on as it went cold later on. We went to see Mortdecai the other day with Johnny Depp in. I still like him best as Jack Sparrow!! It wasn't a great film but they had the actual motorbike used in the film in the cinema foyer.
