How Strange has anyone noticed that Frank and I are talking in the future :-D :-D :-D.
Yours Frank is 26 minutes past 8 tonight and mine is 14 minutes to 9 tonight. Can anyone else see those times or it is just me :-S :-S

I just came back here to say that reducing our property yesterday seems to have worked, we now have 3 viewing's on our property starting tomorrow. My phone hasn't stopped so far today.

Looks like we're going to be busy. OH was suppose to be off tomorrow but is now working a 12 hour shift, so I'll have to do the viewing instead of him. Must admit I'm a bit nervous. At least he'll be here for the other two.
We have another one on Monday and then the woman from Oxfordshire on Friday. I wonder if we'll get any more ??????

Glad I tidied and cleaned this place yesterday, so at least we're ready ;-) ;-)

I hope your daughter does get in touch, it can be quite upsetting when children ignore you. I've noticed since Michelle left she hardly contacts me now. At least you know you have wished her a happy birthday <3.

Hope you have managed to put the light cover back up, that must of given you a shock. How annoying having to redecorate because of the new stat, at least it will look better once it's finished. You're wise to keep out of the way lol ;-) ;-).

I don't think Jane said what time they were coming back Frank, just that she'd be back here this evening. Hope they have a safe journey home.

We seem to be lucky in this part of the world with the weather, not far enough south and a long way from the north to get a lot of snow,I've probably jinxed it now, it is cold enough for snow.

Do you find having a builder in the family Mandy yours is the last to get done, although your OH sounds on top of things, I have to wait forever for my son, although he did come and fit my new door the same day it arrived, so I shouldn't complain.

I have got the e.mails on your memories Frank, I save them all.

I look horrible in a hat too Ann, I look like my mother :-0 Have you tried a snood, I have, but I don't look any better in them either.

I'm still waiting for the carpet fitter to bring me some samples Frank, he works full time for J.L**is as a fitter and does private work evenings and weekends, if he doesn't hurry up I will probably go and see what's on offer in the shops, his carpets are good quality but it's only the bedroom so I don't need anything hard wearing.

Have you seen Phil Spencer The Secret Agent Gill, you could pick up some handy tips from him on how to show off your bungalow.

I think Mel, although I might be wrong, once we've gone past 18 minutes past midnight all the post should be back on track.
The reason I think this is because the last post showing on the last page is Frank's, which he sent earlier today but the time was wrong on GR.

So hopefully tomorrow morning everything should be back to normal. Time wise anyway.
Well, lets hope so. ;-) ;-).

I'm going to bed myself now. It'll be interesting to see what happens tomorrow.

OH's just been looking at some houses I found online today, so I thought I'd say goodnight again lol to see if the time and message is in the right place. If it is then everything should be back to normal ;-) ;-)

Well I have got up and had a shower and looking out the window it looks so cold and dark I have got back into bed with a big mug of tea :-D
I do need to go to get veg this morning and some more bird food from the little garden shop.But then I will light the fire and stay in the warm for the rest of the day.Most likely catching up on washing and ironing.
Just going to drink this tea now and think about getting up :-D

Another busy week. Victoria was really poorly last week with a viral infection.
so I was up her house every day , Taking Sofia to school, and looking after Matteo, thankfully Victoria is much better and we are not needed now , But I have swollen glands and sore throat and earache and am very tired, so just taking things slowly , may need to go back to bed later on to rest, but I really want a shower and wash my hair, and I need to do some washing, running out of jumpers.

But now I need to get a drink my throat is very dry.

Sorry I didn't get back again last night, but got stuck into a book and cards on the Kindle.

We had something in the night as the conservatory windows all wet. !!!

Jane Did you have a nice few days ?? The weather could have been nicer for you, but I expect that BAR and log fire kept you HAPPY.

Spoke with Conrad yesterday in Spain. Temp. 26 degrees. He also told me that a year ago on the 30th January Jan's BIL died. How queer. to have My dads death, my daughters B'day, Sid's B'Day and now Jan's BIL death. (is it unusual to know of FOUR peoples who you know have memorable dates)

No response from my Birthday wishes to my Daughter. So nothing NEW !!!!

Have got the bird box off the tree to repair the bottom. A blue tit, was having a nose yesterday. <3 <3

Our blue tits and great tits are nosing around all the nest boxes here tooFrank. They must all be taking a leaf out of Gill's book looking for new premises.

We have had a heavy hail shower so I went down the shop early this morning. Fed the cat and it had cleared it's bowl this morning.

I'm glad we have heard from Fiona as I noticed no posts from her for a while. Hope you feel better soon Fiona and don't get a bad cold after looking after the children and your daughter.

What a right old do with all the posts in the wrong order yesterday.I got fed up trying to keep track so gave up in the end.
Frank if you scroll back a page or 2 you will find the post I did about our trip :-D.All the dogs and my tummy trouble ! But yes thank you we did have a nice time :-D

Fiona I hope your sore throat and earache doesn't linger.You obviously have caught it off the family.It's about time these nasty bugs disappeared now .Hopefully with this really cold snap they will die off.
We had some very heavy snow earlier but it then turned to a fine rain.The sun is trying to get through at the moment but I expect it will just be fleeting.

That is me in now for the day.Got all the veg and Bird food.It seems to be really busy out.

Gill I bet you are getting all excited now with the greater possibility of a sale and finding some new houses to see It will be all go now :-D

I am just waiting for Hannah to ring me back .She was just nipping into a shop but the signal went.She was just telling me about the evening at the Costa Book Awards.As she arrived with her friend he Paparazzi went to grab their cameras .....but when they realised that Hannah and Caroline were nobody interesting they put them down again LOL

Well that sun didn't last more than 1 minute.It's truly gone now ,and the wind seems to be picking up a fair bit.

Gill don't worry if you don't hear too often from your daughter.I can go 2 or 3 weeks sometimes without anything from Hannah.They are just busy getting on with their lives :-D..I bet when James moves out (IF HE EVER DOES) I will hardly hear from him at all .It will be me ringing him just to make sure he is alive lol

ANN .is the 4th March ok with you for our rendezvous with Fitz? 12.30.....He has booked it but it can easily be changed if no good with you.

Afternoon All,

I gave up last night too after losing a long post like Frank and the posts going haywire! It was snowing when we got up but it's stopped now and most has melted.

OH decided to go to a match at the school a quarter of a mile away today as they have a 3G pitch (Frank will know about those! ;-)). Then his friend contacted him to say the match he originally planned to go to at Ketton near Rutland is still on so they've dashed off to go there now.

It sounds like you may have caught the bug too Fiona so keep warm and get a rest if you can now the others have improved. I had to smile at you running out of jumpers. Obviously it is a lot colder up north where you are, but with how hot I get, I don't even possess a jumper these days, just one or two cardigans I can quickly shed if needs be.

The pussycat was peckish this morning then Mel if the bowl was empty! I notice the birds are really going for the fat treats at the moment now it's colder. They are a pain flicking seed out to find their favourites so it falls on the ground. Both my neighbours have given up with feeders now because of the rats they have attracted!! :-S It needs an upside down umbrella around the pole to catch it all really!! :-)lol.

I think I need to change the bait in the readybaited mouse traps we have put in the garage as well. The little critters seem to be passing those by and heading straight for those in the loft with the obviously more tasty peanut butter and chocolate bait!! They aren't daft! The idea was that we caught them in the garage before they got to the loft to save OH keep checking up there as often! :-S

Jane wouldn't the cafe Chris went to have had a toilet? Maybe that was further to go though. It's a horrid feeling when you can't find somewhere quickly in that situation. A lot of toilets are really badly signed too. I remember when OH and I were desperate in Bude and were directed to some that were locked when we got there. Luckily we found a store with a cafe.......what a relief!

We are taking FIL's birthday presents to him tomorrow. He'll be 94 next week!

Washing seems to be piling up here so I'd better get that done after I've run a few errands.

Just spotted your post Jane! Yes 4th March looks fine with me for our rendezvous!! :-) It will be nice to have a catch up chat with you both and some nice food! I just had to check dates as Richard 111's burial is in March and we want to go and watch, but that isn't till the last week in March. It's a shame you didn't get to use your binoculars while you were away, I wanted to know if they were good! Still it was nice to have a change of scene and look around somewhere else. I've never seen that many dogs in a place!

We did wonder about your weather and if you were getting all that snow and cold.

We have just had a little of the white stuff where I am,but it has been much worse further North.

Ruby.I was trying to get a photo of a sign for Framlingham for you but there was a car right behind us and we couldn't stop in time for me to get one :-S.....But the thought was there. :-D

I am having a heck of a job to get this fire going properly today.I think some of the logs are so dense that they aren't 'catching' so a lot of help from firelighters is going on lol
I think I might just have got it now.Fingers crossed as I daren't leave it to go upstairs to start some ironing.(any excuse :-D).
Chris is down the garden burning some stuff and setting off one of those 'smoke bomb' things in the greenhouse to kill off any mould and bugs.I think he must have done that as all the glass looks white now.

We are still 'feeding' the rats but I think it is working as there was still some bait left this morning.It is certainly taking time so there must have been a fair number of the little B******
