Good morning Mel and all,

Nice sunny morning here Mel, bit of a chill, but it's expected now, ism't it ??

So we are very tall then. I'm about 5' 10" and Ros around 5' 6" So I would say NORMAL. I know that Jane and Chris are on the small size, because I have meet them. ;-) ;-) LITTLE AND GOOD !!!!

Ros is at the doctors for blood tests, and has an appointment at the hospital at 11.00 am next Friday. I am seeing a PHYSIO at 11.00 this morning about by neck, which is an absolute Bu@@er at the moment, This one is where Ros has her nails and feet done. She has her practice upstairs and comes very highly recommended by the nail girl. So we see.(the proof is in the pudding) lol lol

I had a bit of doggy meat from LIDLE and got £10.00 of vouchers, so Ros has treated us to TWO FILLIT STEAKS, which we will have this evening, as she has to be out by 6.15 pm for her Concert.

Oh is watching the qualifying for the race on Sunday. We have just had some toast. I had My Mate and he had ginger preserve.

Frank I am 5' 2and a half but I don't know how tall oh is. He towers above me.

Stopped raining now and its getting brighter again.

We have fillet steak this week for Saturday night as there was no rib eye or rump that I fancied. Last week we had those rib eyes in the plasstic packs and they were awful.

Well, so much for doctors advice. I went to a woman this morning about my neck. It's not a trapped nerve in my neck, it is the muscle in my SHOULDER. She is a trained OSTEOPATH and really put me through it. The massage she did was very painful but what terrific relief I had, when she had finished. She has recommended I treat it with HOT and COLD compress's. Unlike the Phiusio I saw a few weeks go, she was so caring and professional. Should I need anymore treatment, I only need to ring and she will see me. As I am feeling a the moment, I don't think I will need her. So at the moment you have a very tired and sore little BUNNY. But I know, and feel this will improve.

Ros is ironing th sheets and pillow cases, with a little sit down every now and again. She is still getting these chest pains, and having to use the spray under her tongue. I will be glad when she gets checked out properly next Friday.

I'm going to have a read and FORTY WINKS. xx

Evening All
Well Frank it sounds like you had a good pulling and pumelling today. I expect you might feel like you have been run over by a bus at the moment but hopefully you will soon feel the benefit.
Hopefully the spray Ros has for under the tongue is helping her when she gets the pains. Next Friday wont be here quick enough now for her apppointment.I hope she is being good and just taking things easy.

I am 5'2" but Chris thinks I have got shorter :-S. I keep meaning to get him to measure my height. He is 5'10 I think. So I am the titch. Tich was one of my nicknames at school.
Mel I am all out with the days this week . I don't know what day it is !!!!. I forgot it is Fiona's Birthday too today. So have had to wish her a Happy Birthday on her Facebook.

My new Freezer arrived this morning :-D :-D So it is plugged in now and should be ready for food tomorrow.Fingers crossed this one willl not break down like the previous 2.
I have some Chicken Breasts with Asparagus wrapped with Pancetta in the oven and cubed Charlotte Potatoes with some nice dried herbs I bought in Annecy. I got them in the food market.They smell really good. James has messaged to say he wont be here to eat or sleep tonight as he is going to Milton Keynes to see Jess as she is there do do some presentaion at a Conference all weekend. He will be back in the morning. So I have one spare bit of Chicken now. But I am sure Chris will manage to have that :-D. I think James is just going to pop home to pick up a change of clothes and take his toilet bag.

Hannah will be here next Friday as we have to take the Wedding Dress back to Stamford for another fitting alterations and maybe choose a veil. I dont seem to have done much today ,other than more washing a quick trip to Tesco as I forgot a couple of things yesterday and then I have been watching the serial Trust (about the Gettys). Fitz said it was really good and it was my kind of thing. But I have wached 5 episodes and there are still more to go !!!. I will try and watch the rest tomorrow.

It feels much cooler outside now . Chris has just put a cardi on.I still am just in short sleeves as the oven is keeping me warm :-D

Just a quickie to let you all know I'm okay, I've done nothing but cry and think I'm all cried out now. OH took the car for it's MOT today and it failed, so that needs sorting. I think we're just having a bad week, I hope next week is better. I haven't caught up with the posts yet so will do that over the weekend.

Forgot to mention we have "BIGGLES" He came Thursday and goes back tomorrow evening. We don't know he's here again. Sarah the walker will come for him lunchtime and give him a good walk.

Those fillet steaks were complete RUBBISH last night. Lots of sinue and very chewy. So the dog had FILLET STEAK FOR TEA. I can't be A@@D sending them back again.

So new freezer installed, it should have been on long enough for the frozen food to be put in.

I was in bed before Ros got home last night. Slept quite well and finally got up at 8,00am Ros is meeting Martine this morning, and will get the bits we need from Morrisson's. Not sure if I will go to the pub for the football L'pool V Spurs. on paper it should be a good match.

Dry morning here with a bit of sun so you can guess where oh is can't you? Yes out on the mower as we went for petrol last night for the mowers and brought fish and chips home.

As to your bit of fillet last night Frank. tell Ros to try and buy the tail end of the fillet. Its smaller but much more tender and no gristle or sinue. We have fillet tonight as there was'nt any rib eye steaks left and I won't buy the ones in plastic packets.

It sounds like you had quite a good nights sleep Frank it makes the world of difference to how you feel the next day. How's the neck and shoulder this morning?

Afternoon All

Well Frank that has to be one of the best nights you have had in a while.Lets hope tonight is the same :-D Biggles will think he is at a 5 star hotel with having Fillet Steak :-D :-D. One of the best Steaks I had found here is from the Butchers counter in Morrisons. It was Rib Eye and was just so tender. James had a Sirloin and that was just as good too.
When we were in Paris . I ordered steak and the waiter brought the whole bit of meat on a wooden table on wheels and cut it and weighed it at the table !!!. I was thinking I must have ordered something really expensive and dreaded to see what it cost but it was £19 which is blooming good for a Rib Eye in a restaurant ,and it was out of this world. It was sold by weight. Good job I didnt get him to cut a thicker one.It was just the right size at just over 200 grams.

I bet OH is making the most of this weather Mel .It's looking ok I think for a while. Chris did the lawn yesterday and it hadnt really grown that much while we were away. When you get your Fish and Chips are they still hot by the time you get them home or do you have to pop them in a warm oven for a bit?
I got a meal in the slow cooker early this morning thinking we would have it tonight but then discovered I have Pork Medallions that need cooking by today so it will have to be the Slow cooker meal now for tomorrow. I was looking forward to that too :-S

Gill, you have had a sad week with losing your Aunty .I think it is good you had a good cry .I always say never hold tears back .Let them flow. I am one of those who cannot hold back tears at all.Even for the most silliest things . I could even jut be an advert on TV !.

James had gone down with a cold and cough :-S He better keep it to himself. I think he might be asleep. Best place for him .He can keep his bugs in his bedroom :-D

O so Bedroom Bugs now Jane. Poor James its not nice when you have a cold at this tme of the year. Hope it dos'nt last long for him.

Jane he is always mowing even if the grass is a bit wet. Ours is growing like mad down here and certainly could'nt be left for two weeks. We would'nt be able to get the mower on it if we did. The farmers are all out silage cutting too. Think they are hoping to get another cut in this year as they had a hard time earlier in the year with it being so dry the grass just did'nt grow.

Done the shop egg delivery and saw the boys today and we've had lunch. Oh is watching the qualifyers in the bedroom so I can have peace and quiet in the kitchen.

I have a load of ironing to do but want to mess about with my crafts so I think the ironing can wait a little longer. Its not going anywhere anyway.

Mel is it the silage that stinks. There is always a horrible pong around here lately :-S
I have finally finished the last bits of ironing now and put everything away. Chris has been busy in the garden cutting down the beans and other things.Filling in a couple of Rabbits holes and now jut needs to water one of the beds he has cleared. I think that will be done for the day now and his shoulder will be playing up later.

Frank, I meant to say Does Ros know that the shop Hobbeycraft has just opened at Rushden Lakes? I know she goes over there sometimes.
I am going to put my feet up now ,well not up but sit down and do some of my big colouring book that I haven't done for ages . It is very relaxing. I might watch that programme Missing on my laptop at the same time .I do enjoy this programme .It must be dreadful for the families of those loved ones that just suddenly disappear,and not knowing what has become of them.

I can hear James coughing his head off upstairs :-S. He said he has 2 jobs he is going to apply for in London. So that is a start :-D

O.M.G. Ros colapsed in Morrisson's this morning. Called the Paramedic and took her to A & E with a suspected Heart attach. She has been in touch and said they might keep her in for a few days. Harvey is with me, and will take me in later with Night cloths and toiletries . I will of course keep you up to date with any news. Conrad wanted to FLY HOME. but I told him to stay, and I will update him with any news.

Frank, I am really sorry to hear this news. I hope Ros is ok and getting all the best care and treatment she needs. You must be beside yourself with worry right now. I am glad Harvey is with you and hopefully he will stay a while . What a shock :-0.

Frank I am so sorry to hear what happened to Ros in Morrisons what a terrible shock for you both. At least she is being well cared for and monitored in Hospital.. Hope she will be back home with you soon. You must make be sure and look after yourself too. Take care and love to you both Thank goodness you have Harvey there with you.

Oh my goodness Frank i'm so sorry to hear about poor Ros ,that was a shock for you both , i'm glad you have Harvey with you and hopefully he will be able to stay with you for a while and take you to the hospital ,she is in the best place they will sort her out and hopefully she will be back home soon ,sending you both my love <3 <3


It hasn't been a bad day here lots of nice sun shine so we have been out side getting some jobs done .

Just back from Hospital. She is in ICU/HDU. being well cared for by the Drs. & Nurses. She might be transferred to Kettering General later tonight for an ANGIAGRAM (sp). The nurse said she will ring me if this happens. Harvey has just left, and is on standby should I need him tonight or tomorrow.

I have rung Conrad to try to put his mind at rest. I of course will keep him posted if there is any development . Also rung neighbours and Simon. I won't ring my sister as it might upset her.

I am going to have a few beers . Wish I had something stronger. lol lol.

Frank if you have to come over here tomorrow (if Ros is in Kettering) and you need a little breather ,please don't hesitate to ring me and I can easily pick you up and bring you home here for a cuppa or a bite to eat and take you back to the hospital . <3

OMG Frank what an awful thing to happen. She is in the best place for all her needs and she will be looked after in the best possible way. I hope its all good news tomorrow and take Jane up on her kind offer I only wish I were nearer to you. Send Ros my love and wishes when you go to see her and we are all thinking of her. <3 <3 <3 <3

NO NEWS to report. I tried o ring but her phone is dead. She used the ward phone to ring me. She is going to Kettering today. I'ts the best place for CARDIAC TREATMENT. She needs some bits taking in, that I need to get together.I have rung Martine, when she brings back the car and shopping, she will take them in for me.
