You can move the emails you have received in to folders. In the message centre you'll see the folders link on the left hand side of the page. Click on this and you'll see the option to create a new folder. You can give your folders any name you want - such as a folder for different surnames or branches of your tree. When you go back to your inbox and view a message you'll see the option to move that message. Just select a folder from the drop box where it says 'Move to folder'. You can then select the folder you'd like to move it to.
